Shipping & Returns
Our products are, almost always, cut and made to order. It usually takes 1 week for us to ship your order. It also depends on if the product you have choose is in stock or is not. It might take a longer time for a us to prepare your order during busy times such as Christmas. In that case, please leave us up to 2 weeks to prepare your order.
We have free shipping on all orders. We ship our orders with UK postal service – Royal Mail. We use Tracked & Signed shipping for all orders.
If you are interested in any other shipping option (next day etc.), please let us know at email@example.com.
We deliver the goods through external companies. ADVA is not liable for the goods during the transport and can not provide compensation for the damage caused by the misconduct of the carrier. The buyer is obliged to take over the accepted consignment, check the integrity of the packages and, in the event of any defects, report it immediately to the carrier himself. In any case, please do not pick up damaged shipments. By accepting a shipment, the buyer confirms that the shipment complies with all conditions and will not be taken into account for later shipments related to the shipment.

RETURNS or EXCHANGE
We are able to offer a refund or an exchange for items which are unsuitable (fit, size etc.). In this case the garment must be return to us within 14 (20 for International orders) days of the original dispatch days. The item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all of the original ADVA tags attached and return in the original packaging.
If you required an exchange of size, don’t worry, we can provide it if the size you are looking for is in the stock. Unless, is not, we will refund the original purchase stock, without the postage and packaging.
We recommend that you insure the returning package and that you obtain a tracking number. As ADVA cannot be held for damaged or lost packages. Please be aware,we are sorry, but we are unable to cover your return shipping expenses.
Before returning your item, please provide us with an e-mail at email@example.com, the e-mail should have your order number at the subject and the reason for returning in the body.
Returns or exchange do not apply to purchases of gift vouchers.
